Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items with original tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal or bring your items to any PSEUDIO retail location for an exchange or refund.
How do I determine the right size for me?
Each product page includes a comprehensive size guide with specific measurements. Because we carry various brands, we recommend checking the individual brand's size chart linked next to the size selection menu.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer Sezzle for customers who prefer to buy now and pay in interest-free installments.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, PSEUDIO ships exclusively within Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement by contacting our support team; however, once an order has reached the warehouse for packing, it cannot be modified.
